SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- There is major delay on BART's San Francisco line due to an unauthorized person or persons on the track at the Balboa Park Station Thursday afternoon, according to Bay Area Rapid Transit. The delay is impacting Red Line trains in the SFO, Millbrae, Daly City and East Bay directions.
